- Increased investment in the facilities at Darlington College
- Part of our commitment to providing first class training for the next generation of engineers
We have increased investment in the facilities at Darlington College as part of our commitment to providing first class training for the next generation of engineers.
With the construction department having already seen a £2m investment into the teaching environment and a new Gas Training Centre under our College Links programme, we have added a full range of state of the art condensing oil boilers to enrich the training of local engineers and apprentices.
As well as continuing to help local installers and apprentices stay in tune with the latest legislation, fault finding and best practice, these latest improvements will also allow Darlington College tutors and our Training Engineers to explain the latest technology such as our Wave smart internet-connected controller.
Darlington College is one of five to be given the College Links Plus status through our affiliation partnership with the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineers (CIPHE), providing access to the benefits of membership at no cost to the college.
